Yuho is a private voice diary built for long, unfiltered recordings. Talk for 30 seconds or 30 minutes. Yuho transcribes everything locally, captures your location and photos automatically, and keeps your entries on your device. Browse your memories by calendar or map. Share any entry privately or publicly via yuho.io when you choose to. Privacy-first, independently built, and free to try.

I built the initial version of Yuho in a single day after an idea hit me on a Saturday: a hands-free voice diary, optimized for AirPods and 3rd party microphones, that lets you think out loud while you move without holding the phone. The next day I went outside and used it. I haven't stopped since. Before the launch, I've been using it and improving it everyday, now I've recorded 300+ recordings, 200+ locations, nearly 100 hours of conversations with myself, captured over the past few months.
In an age where AI can increasingly think for us, paying attention to what you actually feel matters more than ever. AI can reason, summarize, and generate, but it cannot feel what you feel on a Tuesday afternoon, or remember why a particular walk changed something in you.
Yuho is my answer to that. Voice diary, AI transcription, works offline, raw recordings stored on your device. Privacy first, no recording leaving your phone unless you choose to share.
You can download from App store today. Would love honest feedback from anyone who takes their inner life seriously.
