Hey everyone. Founder here. I built this because I was standing in my kitchen at 6am three days after New Year's, frustrated that I'd gained weight *again*, and every solution available felt like punishment disguised as help.
The breakthrough for me was treating weight loss like a conversation, not a transaction. Instead of logging calories (which made me obsess), I started asking myself real questions. Then I realized an AI trained on behavioral psychology could ask *better* questions than I could.
Four months later, down 15 pounds, but more importantly—I don't think about food the same way anymore.
This launch is meaningful to me because I know how many people are sick of apps that shame them or diets that don't work. We kept this simple: text, get real feedback, learn about yourself.
