Scope creep costs freelancers thousands yearly. SowFast turns a brief into a signed SOW in seconds — AI-generated, editable, PDF export, shareable link. Client signs directly on the page. Free plan included. EN/PL.

Hey PH 👋
I'm Mateusz — I built SowFast after one too many "just one more small thing" emails from clients I had no signed scope to push back with.
The fix was obvious: write a proper Scope of Work before every project. The problem: doing it right takes 1–2 hours. I tried ChatGPT — the output was generic walls of text with wrong structure and nothing about exclusions (the part that actually protects you). So I built something purpose-built.
Here's what SowFast does:
You fill in a brief → Claude AI generates a structured, professional SOW in seconds → you edit it directly in the browser → client gets a public link to review and sign. No account needed on their side.
What's inside the generated SOW: All key sections — project overview, deliverables, explicit out-of-scope exclusions, timeline, milestones, payment terms, and revision limits.
Full feature list:
AI-generated SOW via Claude API (claude-sonnet)
Professional markdown output with all standard sections
Editable before sending — tweak anything
PDF export
Public shareable link — client needs no account
E-sign — client accepts directly on the brief page (Agency plan)
Email notification when the client signs
Brief history dashboard
Templates for 5 common project types (Solo + Agency plans)
EN/PL language support
Welcome email onboarding
Mobile responsive
Three plans:
Free — 3 SOWs/month, shareable links, brief history
Solo ($19/mo) — unlimited briefs + PDF export + templates
Agency ($49/mo) — everything in Solo, plus e-sign, and email notifications.
Built solo. React + Vite + TypeScript + Supabase + Stripe + Claude API + Netlify.
I'd love feedback from freelancers and agency owners — especially on the generated output quality and whether the SOW structure maps to how you'd actually use it with clients.
