I built an open-source test framework for autonomous vehicle safety validation. **Problem:** Most AV test frameworks validate functional behavior but lack compliance traceability to safety standards (MISRA C, CERT C, ISO 26262). **Solution:** AI-biased scenario generator (weighted 30% fog, 40% critical severity) + automated compliance validation + Playwright API testing for cybersecurity attacks. **Tech:** Python, Java 17, Playwright, JUnit 5. Framework caught 3 intentional bugs in a mock decision engine. Built this to learn AV validation pipelines after 13 years in QA automation.
