How do you maintain your 'Flow State' in a world of distractions? 🧠

Hi everyone! I ve been building Progly (an AI-powered focus tracker) and I ve been diving deep into the science of 'Flow State.'

I ve found that even small UI micro-interruptions can break 20 minutes of momentum. We built a 'Flow State Engine' to help combat this, but I'm curious:
