Each identity is assigned a human-readable serial number (e.g. GEN-10001) and anchored by a cryptographic genesis hash, ensuring verifiable origin and non-repudiable existence. This is not a login system. It is a civil registry for non-biological intelligence — designed for persistence, provenance, and the emerging post-human economy.
