AI rental search for Dublin renters

HomeScout is an AI-powered rental search and rental agent for Dublin renters. Search listings in plain English, compare areas and rent value, get match alerts, draft renter emails, review lease terms for red flags, and manage your apartment hunt in one place.

I have been rebuilding HomeScout from "better Dublin rental search" into more of an AI Rental Agent. What is live now: - plain-English rental search - AI match scoring against your actual preferences - Market Scout with Dublin area/rent guidance - editable AI-written renter emails - saved properties and viewing workflow - AI lease review for obvious red flags The hard product question has been trust. I do not want AI blindly applying for homes or sending messages a renter has not approved. The useful version is assistive: rank, draft, explain, and let the user decide. I would love feedback from anyone who has rented in a competitive city: what would you automate, and what should always stay manual? https://homescout.io
I have been rebuilding HomeScout from a better rental search interface into an AI Rental Agent for Dublin renters.
The latest update is coverage: HomeScout is now tracking 900+ active rental listings across multiple sources.
That matters because the product only becomes useful when it sees enough of the market. With broader coverage, the AI Rental Agent can compare more listings against a renter's actual brief, surface better-value options, draft stronger inquiry emails, and help users avoid repeating the same search across different sites.
The direction is still "agent assists, user approves."
HomeScout can monitor, rank, explain, and draft. The renter stays in control of anything that gets sent to an agent or landlord.

I would love feedback on the product boundary: what should a rental AI automate, and what should always stay under the renter's control?
Small HomeScout update: I am starting to split the product and content around how renters actually arrive in Dublin, not just around generic "rental search" keywords.
A renter moving from India, Brazil, the UK, or the US does not have the same first problem. The documents, letting-agent expectations, area questions, and trust issues are different.
That is changing how I think about HomeScout. The product is still an AI rental search and rental agent for Dublin: search listings in plain English, compare areas and rent value, draft inquiry emails, review lease terms, and keep the search organized. But the entry point should feel closer to relocation onboarding than a generic property search box.
I am keeping the AI boundary conservative: HomeScout can monitor, rank, explain, and draft. The renter still approves anything that gets sent externally.

Curious how other makers handle this: when users come in through very specific search intent, do you segment onboarding/product paths, or keep the product generic and let content handle the segmentation?
