I built Call Coach IQ because as a call center manager, I saw the same problem everywhere: call center managers spending their weekends reviewing 2% of calls while 98% of agent interactions — and the coaching opportunities inside them — went completely unexamined. Managers need help in coaching their staff but also have accountability for their staff. The other major problem is the subjective opinions of different people who examine the same call.
