Hellhound came from a very real problem: automations “succeeding” while actually failing. We kept seeing Make.com, n8n, and scripts return success (status 200 / exit code 0), but the output was empty, broken, or incomplete. Clients would notice before we did. Existing monitoring tools don’t look at what actually happened — only whether something ran. So I built Hellhound to monitor the behavior of automations: - Output size, format, and anomalies - Runtime deviations - Silent failures and stuck processes It learns what “normal” looks like and alerts when something is off. Would love feedback — especially from agencies or anyone running automations / AI agents in production.
