Hi Product Hunt! 👋
I’m Evgeni, and I’m thrilled to introduce puaro.io to the community today.
We built Puaro because we were tired of the "security noise."
Most secret detection tools rely on old-school regex patterns that haven't changed in a decade.
The result?
Thousands of false positives that developers end up ignoring—which is exactly when real leaks slip through the cracks.
With Puaro, we’ve integrated context-aware AI to ensure that when you get an alert, it actually matters.
Our goal is to make secret detection a "set it and forget it" part of your workflow with 99.8% accuracy.
We’d love your feedback on:
* Our integration flow (it should take <2 mins).
* The clarity of our remediation steps.
* Any specific integrations you’d like to see next!
We’re hanging out here all day to answer questions.
Happy hunting (and secure coding)! 🛡️✨
We’re getting ready to launch Puaro on Product Hunt and I’m really excited to finally share what we’ve been building. As the frontend developer on the project, I spent a lot of time making sure the experience feels fast, clean, and reliable enough for security teams to actually use every day, and a big goal for me was to make the whole experience feel fast and obvious enough that developers don’t have to “fight” with a security tool to get value from it.
If you’re working with code security, I’d really appreciate it if you could take a look at Puaro when we go live and share any feedback. We’re still early and actively improving the product, so your comments and suggestions would be super valuable to us.
I’ve spent the last few months talking to security leads and engineering managers about how they handle secrets in code. The conversation always ends up in the same place: they know it's a problem, but the tools they've tried create more work than they save.
So we built Puaro with a different mindset — not just to detect secrets, but to actually help teams move faster. Clean alerts, clear remediation steps, and zero time wasted on false positives. It’s not about being "the most powerful scanner"; it’s about being the one teams actually want to use.
If you’re curious how Puaro fits into your workflow, I’d love to hear what you think. We’re using the Product Hunt launch as a way to gather real feedback from real users — the good, the bad, and the unexpected.
Check it out, and let us know what we can do better.
