When a real-world anomaly is detected on OSINT feeds: The system dispatches agents via a 500m geofence lock. Users cannot upload from their gallery. The system enforces a live-camera hardware capture. The visual data is instantly sealed with a SHA-256 GPS EXIF hash. The "Proof of Reality" hits the B2B Oracle Terminal in seconds.
