It's a web-based platform that covers the full recruitment lifecycle - from the moment a hiring manager raises a requisition, all the way to onboarding the selected candidate as an employee. Everything in between is connected: approvals, recruiter assignments, job posting directly to LinkedIn, auto-fetching resumes from your careers inbox, multi-level interview scheduling (Screening, L1, L2 and beyond), interview panel feedback, offer management, and HR system integration. It also integrates with MS Teams, Google Meet, and Zoom so your team doesn't have to change how they work. And if you've seen MeruBot (our AI interviewer), MeruDesk plugs right into it - so AI and human interviews live in the same pipeline. This one took us over a year to build. A lot of late nights, a lot of rethinking, and a lot of "okay let's redo this" moments. We're proud of where it landed.
