The "ATS Black Hole" is broken

The generic advice for job seekers is always: "Make sure you tailor your resume to the Job Description"

But what does that actually mean? And more importantly what are you supposed to do if you genuinely don't have the skill the recruiter is asking for?

I built hackthejd.com to answer exactly that. Instead of just telling you what's wrong, it generates a personalized Project Roadmap containing 1-to-2-week projects you can build immediately to bridge your skill gaps. It even generates the "Bridge Bullets" for your resume once you complete them.
