Navos AI is an always-on strategy advisor for business leaders operating under uncertainty.
A conflict disrupts your supply chain. A tariff changes what things cost you overnight. A raw material you depend on spikes 40%. A new regulation changes the rules of your industry. These things affect your business whether you're watching or not. Most companies find out too late.
Navos learns how your business works, continuously monitors the forces that affect it, and tells you what changed, what it costs you, and what your options are.
What it looks like in practice:
- You get a strategy review of where your business stands: your strengths, your risks, your financial health, and what to do about them.
- You get a weekly intelligence brief on what moved in the world this week and what it means for you. Not general market news. Specific to your costs, your suppliers, your revenue. When nothing changed, Navos tells you that too.
- You get live tracking of how your business is performing against the targets you set. Revenue, costs, margins. When you're drifting off plan, Navos tells you where the gap is coming from and what you can do about it.
