Hey everyone 👋 I built HireIQ after speaking with recruiters who were spending hours reviewing resumes for a single role. The problem wasn’t finding candidates — it was how long it took to confidently decide who actually fits. Most tools either rely too heavily on keyword matching or require a lot of manual effort.
