Hey Product Hunt!
As a developer, I spent years building dashboards for marketing and sales teams — and I genuinely loved it. Pulling the right metrics from raw data, handing over a clean report, watching someone make a faster decision from it. That was satisfying work.
But there was always a catch: every single report required a developer.
E-commerce platforms like Shopify, Amazon, Naver Smart Store, Cafe24, and Coupang all let you download your sales data as Excel files. The data is right there. But turning those exports into dashboards — consolidating files from different platforms, cleaning mismatched columns, building the weekly KPI view — someone had to build it every time.
That's why I built Kiolix Xel.
It's a local desktop app (Mac + Windows) that takes one or multiple sales Excel exports and automatically generates dashboards for revenue, customers, products, and time trends — no development required.
A few things worth knowing:
Multi-file support: Drop in files from Smart Store, Cafe24, Coupang, SAP SD — all at once. Up to 100 files. Tested with 3 files and 2M rows. (Performance depends on file structure and your hardware.)
Local-first: Your workbooks are processed on your device. Excel contents are not uploaded to our servers during normal analysis.
AI Agent: Ask follow-up questions and run bulk data edits after the dashboard is built.
No subscription, no BI stack required: Most small teams that buy a BI tool still work from exports a year later — because the tool assumes a data pipeline they don't have. Kiolix Xel starts from the files you already export. One-time purchase.
Direct line to the developer: Every team's data is a little different. If your specific metric, data source, or workflow isn't covered yet, that's a conversation directly with me — not a feature request into a void. For teams without a dedicated data analyst, I want Kiolix Xel to be the bridge.
Would love to hear from anyone who works with messy multi-channel exports. What's the most painful part of your current reporting workflow?
