I built Skill Issue because I kept copy-pasting the same prompts between projects and losing track of which version worked. Turns out a lot of people have the same problem. There are thousands of SKILL.md files scattered across GitHub repos, but no way to find them. So I built a crawler that indexes skill files from public repos, and a simple UI to search and browse them. You can also build custom skills with the AI builder or upload ones you already have.
