I built Reflekt because I'd been journaling for years and never actually learned anything from it. I'd fill notebooks, feel better in the moment, and then look back a year later still wrestling with the exact same fears and patterns.

The problem is there's no feedback loop. You write into a void.

Reflekt fixes this — you write a short daily entry and an AI reads between the lines, responding specifically to what YOU wrote. Over time it starts connecting dots you'd never catch yourself.

Built in about a week using the Claude API on the backend. No app store needed — just go to the site and start writing.
