Paste your LinkedIn URL and get a deep, personal read on your career — your patterns, your blind spots, and the stuff you've always felt but never had anyone say to you. It's a written analysis that reads like a career coach + therapist studied you for years. Built on our own psychometric trait model and behavioral science research. Free, takes about 10 seconds, and people keep telling us it's "scarily accurate." Try it on yourself, then try it on someone you know.

Ok... this thing is kind of insane.
I've heard everything from "it's like a shroom trip" to "WHAT THE ACTUAL F*CK". All you gotta do is put in your LinkedIn username or url and this tool will psychoanalyze you.
Fair warning: it can be uncomfortably honest. Sorry in advance.
Go try it first (takes 2 seconds), and come back to read the backstory:
So I've been in the career tech space for a while - I've spent my entire career building tools and resources for job seekers + professionals.
But this is super personal to me. I think most people go through their entire career without anyone telling them what's actually driving their decisions, and that's kind of a tragedy.
About a year ago we started building our own independent personality trait model — really going deep into occupational psychology, psychometric research, and how career decisions reflect underlying behavioral patterns. We combined that research with AI and here's what the Career Deep Read is all about.
What it does: you paste a LinkedIn URL and our models analyze the career trajectory — not the surface stuff like job titles, but the decision patterns underneath. When someone moved, when they stayed, what they gravitated toward, what they avoided.
We map that against behavioral archetypes from the research literature and generate a personal read that's specific to you.
I shared it privately with friends for a few weeks before releasing it. The reactions genuinely surprised me. People keep saying some version of "how does it know this about me." A few people told me it gave them language for something they'd been feeling for years but couldn't articulate.
It's free (I cover AI costs), it's useful, it's instant.
Would love feedback — what it got right, what it missed, what you'd want next. We're actively improving the models.

This is insane! Worked well, read me like a book. Worked too well, almost uncomfortably so.
