Generic AI hallucinates. Ludus Judge AI is a strict RAG & Computer Vision referee for board games. Upload your rulebook (PDF), snap a photo of the board state, and the AI dictates a verdict citing the exact page. Built to end the 15-minute "downtime" arguments

Hey Product Hunt! 👋
I'm the solo maker behind Ludus Judge AI.
🚨 The Problem: If you play modern board games, you know the pain of "downtime." A rule dispute breaks out, and the group spends 15 minutes digging through forums and a 40-page manual to figure out who is right. I tried using ChatGPT to resolve these, but generic LLMs hallucinate. They mix up 1st and 2nd editions or just invent mechanics to sound helpful. In gaming, a hallucinated rule ruins the math of the game.
🎯 The Solution: I built Ludus Judge AI as a strict mediator.
You upload the official PDF of your game.
Player A and Player B present their arguments.
The AI is forced to act as a strict RAG system, analyzing ONLY the document to provide a verdict and citing the exact page/paragraph.
🔥 LATEST UPDATE: Visual State Analysis is LIVE! You can now snap a photo of your physical board. The multimodal AI (Gemini 3.1 Pro ) detects the game components and cross-references the image with your uploaded PDF to issue a definitive ruling. Using the camera costs 2 credits (which is exactly what you get for free upon signup!). Try to break it!
🛠️ The Tech Stack: Built using the agentic development paradigm with Google Antigravity.
Frontend & DB: Next.js 15, Tailwind, Convex (for real-time DB)
Auth: Google
AI Engine: Gemini 3.1 Pro for the heavy lifting.
🎁 Try it out: I've included 2 free verdict credits upon signup so you can try to "jailbreak" the strict RAG with your most complex PDFs.
Let me know if the AI holds up or if it breaks. Feedback on the RAG implementation and latency is highly appreciated! Cheers!
