I’d built Debrief for some founders, who had told me they had trouble keeping track of all the things happening at work. Each of them had bespoke needs on what they needed to track and how they wanted it to be tracked. Everyone wanted status updates for everything happening at their company.
Debrief started out as a simple feed to aggregate company activity, but that proved to be too hard to differentiate activity. That led me to this version, where you can silo reports from agents easily:
