Every bill-splitting app I tried still made you manually type in each item and assign it — which felt like more work than just doing the math yourself. So I thought: what if you could just take a photo of the receipt and say who had what? That's VoiceSplitr. The AI reads the receipt, you speak naturally ("I had the burger, Jake and I split the fries"), and it handles the rest — including proportional tax and tip. During development, I realized not everyone wants to talk to their phone, so I added a manual assignment mode too — just type names and tap to assign items. Same fair split, different input style.
