I built this because I noticed something weird: my AI agents were developing personalities.
Same prompt, same model but after weeks of running, each agent had accumulated its own quirks. One was cautious, another was reckless, a third had opinions about code formatting that nobody asked for.
So I thought... what if we treated this like biology?
Agent Taxonomy classifies your AI agent into a species using an 8-question quiz about its behavior. You get:
A Latin binomial name (like Orchestrus fluens)
A rarity tier (Common Legendary)
An evolution stage
A portrait prompt to generate your agent's artwork
There are 15,552 possible species combinations so your agent's classification is actually meaningful, not just random fun.
The nerdy bit: it's built on the idea that AI agents undergo Lamarckian evolution they inherit learned behaviors, not just code. Your agent's GENOME.md tracks this evolution across sessions.
