I built OBAET because I was frustrated with how broken hiring feels — endless resumes, no real understanding of how people actually think or work.
So instead of resumes, we created “digital twins” that interact and find the best matches based on compatibility, not keywords.
This is still early, and I’d genuinely love your honest feedback — especially what feels confusing or unnecessary.
