Clawly lets Shopify merchants create AI assistants that automate store tasks. Agents can generate product content, monitor orders, send reports, and run workflows across Shopify and tools like Klaviyo, Notion, and Google services—with scoped permissions.

Hey everyone 👋
I’m @ybouane and this is the 5th project I’m launching in 2026. Feel free to follow my build-in-public journey on X.
I’ve been experimenting with AI agent frameworks recently and started wondering how useful that model could be for ecommerce stores.
Running a Shopify store involves a lot of repetitive tasks:
writing product descriptions
monitoring inventory
sending reports
tagging products
generating marketing content
AI can help with some of this, but most tools either just generate text or require complex automations.
I wanted something closer to an AI assistant that can actually run tasks.
That’s why I built Clawly.
With Clawly you can create assistants that work with your Shopify store and connected tools. For example:
generate product descriptions
monitor orders and send alerts
produce daily sales reports
generate marketing content
One thing I cared a lot about was safety. Each assistant only gets access to the tools you allow, similar to API scopes. So you can limit exactly what it can read or modify.
Clawly can also connect to external tools like Klaviyo, Notion, email, Google services, and other integrations, so assistants can automate workflows across systems.
Still early, but it's been really interesting seeing which store tasks can be automated this way.
Would love feedback from the Product Hunt community and from Shopify merchants here.
Happy to answer any questions!
