EternalEcho: Talk to the people you've lost.

Hey Product Hunt! 👋 I built this because I kept re-reading old WhatsApp messages from someone I lost - just to feel like they were still here for a second. One night I realized I had thousands of their texts, voice notes, Instagram stories, emails. All sitting there. Enough data to reconstruct how they actually talked, joked, argued, and told stories. Not a generic chatbot with their name on it - but something that genuinely sounds like them. That obsession became EternalEcho. Three things I want to be honest about: This is not necromancy. It's persona reconstruction. We build a detailed conversational model from real data - speech patterns, humor, slang, emotional tendencies, even the way they'd dodge a question or change the subject. The more data you provide, the more accurate it gets. We built grief-safety guardrails into the core product. Sessions have cool-down prompts, emotional check-ins, and optional therapist-linking. We consulted grief counselors during development because getting this wrong isn't just a bad UX - it's harmful. Privacy is non-negotiable. Persona data is encrypted, never used for model training, and fully owned by you. Delete it anytime, it's gone forever. Where we are today: Waitlist is live. Voice mode is in testing still. We support 12 languages and accept everything from chat exports to scanned handwritten letters. I know this sits in uncomfortable territory for some people, and I respect that.
