t0ggles Crew
Launching today
Free desktop app that connects AI agents to your project board. Agents pick up tasks automatically, read the context, and do the work. Chain agents into pipelines - planner, developer, reviewer - each hands off to the next. For large tasks, phased development breaks work into steps with a review after each. Works with Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, and OpenCode.

Hey Product Hunt!
Since t0ggles last launch 18 months ago, thousands of users joined and I've shipped 50+ features - t0ggles went from a simple kanban board to a full project management platform. But today I'm most excited about what we just released: t0ggles Crew.
The idea is simple: your project board should be able to assign tasks to AI agents, not just humans.
Crew is a free desktop app that connects AI coding agents (Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, OpenCode) to your t0ggles board. You create tasks, agents pick them up, write code, and open PRs. You review and merge.
What makes it different from just running an AI agent manually:
- Pipelines - chain agents: planner researches and writes a plan, developer implements, reviewer checks the code. Each agent hands off to the next automatically.
- Phased development - for large tasks, the agent implements one phase at a time with a review between each. This is how I actually build features now - it's more reliable than trying to do everything at once.
- Scheduling - agents pick up tasks automatically when assigned. No manual triggering.
I run several open source and commercial projects - t0ggles, Swiper, Framework7, PaneFlow, and more. There's always more work than one person can handle. Crew gives me what I never had budget for - a team. I assign planning tasks, routine implementations, and large multi-phase features to agents while I focus on architecture and product decisions. It's like having junior developers who never sleep and always follow the plan.
Beyond Crew, here's what we've shipped since the first launch:
- Gantt Chart with real task dependencies and lag days
- Board reports (burndown, workload, dependency health)
- Full board automations
- Time tracking
- Milestones
- MCP Server + Public API + Zapier
- Google Calendar two-way sync
- Guest users, custom domains, templates
- Full-text search, push notifications
Crew is free forever - no subscription, no usage limits. The platform is $5/user/month with everything included.
Would love your feedback.
