Hey Product Hunt, we're a small dev studio called Harbourside Apps and we are the makers of Spottable.
We built this because Facebook Marketplace is great for deals, but the experience is still messy: good listings disappear fast, overpriced items waste your time, and it’s hard to know what to say to a seller without sounding robotic or too aggressive.
Spottable started as a simple idea: bring deal intelligence directly into Marketplace instead of making people copy links into another app. The Chrome extension now lets you analyze listings in place, see an AI deal verdict, check pricing and red flags, generate seller messages, and batch-review multiple listings when you’re browsing search results.
The biggest product decision was keeping it inside the Marketplace flow. No tab switching, no extra research loop, just a faster answer to: is this worth pursuing?
