I built Sparrow because I got tired of juggling iTerm, GitKraken, and tmux every day. I wanted one terminal that had everything: a real git workflow with staging and shelving built into a commit graph, split panes that don't need tmux, and an MCP server so Claude Code and Gemini CLI can actually drive the terminal themselves.
