Hey everyone! 👋 I built Reimagine It because I kept watching the same pattern play out: teams know exactly which process is broken, but turning that into an actual fix takes months of meetings, consultants, or it just never happens. The problem isn't that people don't know what's wrong, it's that going from "this is broken" to "here's what we're going to build" requires a structured discovery process that most teams don't have time for. So I built an AI that runs that discovery for you. It asks the questions a good consultant would ask, tracks what you've covered, and when you're done, it doesn't just hand you a summary, it gives you multiple concrete options with real blueprints attached. The hardest part was getting the AI to ask useful follow-up questions instead of generic ones. We ended up building a "clarity score" system that tracks coverage across people, process, and technology dimensions, so the AI knows where the gaps are.
