There is no shortage of recycled textiles or designers trying to work more sustainably. The real challenge is infrastructure and demand. Recycled materials struggle to find buyers, and consumers rarely have the tools to make more responsible wardrobe decisions. So we started building NicheByNature — a marketplace connecting recycled textile suppliers, independent designers, and conscious consumers. At the centre of the platform is Sysha AI, she analyses what you already own — identifying wear patterns, wardrobe gaps, and longevity potential. Instead of pushing more consumption, she recommends circular alternatives designed to integrate with your existing wardrobe and last longer. She also introduces responsible consumption metrics, helping users understand the circular impact of their wardrobe and make more intentional decisions over time. Our goal is simple: shift fashion from impulse consumption to intentional wardrobes.
