Hey! I built this because I use Claude Code on my work laptop and home machine, and kept losing all the context Claude had built up. The hardest part was merge logic — simple file copy doesn't work when you've accumulated different memories on different machines. So claude-brain uses Claude itself to semantically deduplicate and reconcile. Would love feedback from anyone else juggling Claude Code across multiple devices.
