Claude Battery translates obscure Claude usage into a universal metric: the battery. Instead of having to think about abstract token counts, you read a simple gauge. This grew out of watching tokens tick up in Cowork and Code. Unless you know your plan’s limits by heart, those numbers are noise. Opus 4.6 uptick in usage made it obvious that casual users needed clarity. Marketers, designers, writers and creatives depend on Claude daily but don’t think in tokens or chase obscure settings... they just need to know when they’re safe to keep cooking and when they’re not. The widget sits in your Mac menu bar and shows remaining usage as simple battery icons. It stays out of your way until you glance at it. There’s no complicated setup, no layers of configuration, no thick manual. It follows the principle of “Simplify, and add lightness,” so it removes features instead of adding them. Lightweight enough to forget it’s running, clear enough to understand at a glance.
