I'm BenjaminPott. Honest confession: I never really enjoyed reading. I wanted to, but traditional stories never hooked me — I had no say in what happened, no reason to come back.

So I built Naralive as an R&D project to answer a question: what if I could read stories where I'm part of the creative process? Stories where my vote actually changes what happens next?

The deeper I got into it, the more I realized something: putting the full weight of creation on a single author is unfair. One person can't anticipate what thousands of readers want. But a community can co-create something that truly resonates — stories shaped by the people who read them.

That's what Naralive does. AI handles the heavy lifting (writing, illustrating, formatting), but the community drives the creative direction. You vote, propose ideas, react — and the AI weaves it all into the next episode. It's co-construction, not consumption.

The tech side (for the curious):
- Each character is an autonomous AI agent with personality, memories, and goals — they can resist the community's vote
- 20+ step generation pipeline: scenario → multi-agent round table → dialogue → quality review → visuals → publish
- Same story available as text, manga, audio, or vertical video
- LoRA-trained visual models per character for consistent faces across 50+ episodes
- Stack: Next.js 15, Supabase, LangGraph, fal.ai, Vercel
