Every project starts the same way: a messy brief, a few calls, and then days of translating chaos into something a team can ship. I kept ending up with docs that drift (scope ≠ diagram ≠ backlog), estimates that aren’t traceable, and constant rework every time the client changes one thing. So I built S3P as an AI IDE where the blueprint is the source of truth (components, datastores, flows). From that, it keeps spec, tasks, diagrams, questions, and even team/cost planning in sync - so scoping stays consistent instead of turning into spreadsheet hell.
