FirstPass - AI Intake for Home Services

As a homeowner that does their research when hiring, I got sick of reaching out to well-rated local professionals via text, voice, or online form just to never hear back. I knew that these people were likely swimming in work, but that shouldn't mean homeowners that are willing to wait for their service get left on unread. This started as an ambitious project to create Agentic receptionists, but through market research and user conversations, I realized that the price tag for a service like that was too high for most small operators. I realized we can apply the 80/20 rule and provide a service that does 80% of the work at 20% of the cost, which happens to be a great fit for small businesses new to using AI.
