Since then, I’ve been building products from napkin ideas and way too much coffee. But let me be honest ... it wasn’t always pretty. We faced crises nobody saw coming. Stakeholders changed. Trust had to be rebuilt. And in the “move fast, break things” era, we learned the hard way that speed without clarity breaks business models. Over time, experience compounded. You start seeing weak assumptions early. You recognize ideas that look good on slides but fail in reality. That’s where Peritiq comes from.
