Hi Product Hunt 👋 I’m excited (and slightly nervous!) to share **YardOps**, a Yard Management System PoC I built as a personal challenge to explore how AI can help domain experts create real operational software. In many warehouses and distribution centers, yard operations are still managed through spreadsheets, emails, and phone calls. I wanted to test whether combining logistics experience with AI-assisted development could help prototype a modern alternative. YardOps focuses on: 🚛 Trailer lifecycle visibility 📅 Appointment-driven gate check-in 🅿️ Yard slot and dock door orchestration 🗺️ Visual yard map and operational workflows ⚠️ Exception and hold management This is very much an exploration and learning journey, not a finished commercial product.
