I started building OfferWise after watching friends agonize over home offers. They'd get a 40-page inspection report, find 30+ issues, and have no idea which ones actually mattered — or how to use that information when making an offer. Their agents would say "that's normal." But for a $800K decision, "normal" doesn't cut it. So I built OfferWise. You upload your inspection report and seller disclosures, and our AI cross-references them to find what actually matters: which issues are expensive, which ones the seller didn't disclose, and what your offer price should be based on real data. The core insight is that the power is in cross-referencing documents. The seller says "no plumbing issues" but the inspector found galvanized pipes? That's a negotiation lever most buyers miss entirely. We're actively building based on user feedback.
