Find real problems people complain about before you build

Problem Miner helps founders stop guessing what to build. It scans real online conversations where people complain or get stuck and turns that raw frustration into clean, builder-ready problem briefs. Instead of one-off ideas, you see repeatable pain patterns with context, severity, and willingness-to-pay signals. Pro users can run the pipeline on specific subreddits using Listening Channels. Built for indie hackers and product builders who want evidence before shipping.

I built Problem Miner after getting tired of staring at blank docs trying to “come up with ideas.” Every time I talked to other founders, the best ideas didn’t come from brainstorming !!! they came from real complaints buried in forums, Reddit threads, and comment sections. The problem was: finding patterns, not just one-off posts. So I built a small system that: • watches real conversations where people complain or struggle • extracts the actual problems • clusters repeated pain into clean, builder-ready briefs Over time it evolved from a personal tool into something I now use daily .. and share publicly via the weekly digest. Recently I added Listening Channels, so Pro users can run the pipeline on specific subreddits they care about. This launch is mostly about learning: • Is this useful early in the idea stage? • Do builders prefer raw feeds or curated briefs? • What would make this unmissable for you? Would love your feedback !!! especially how you currently validate ideas before building 🙏
