Hi everyone, I've been lurking here for a while. I've honestly just been wondering why nobody has built a video-native version of C.AI yet. So, I spent the last few weeks "vibe coding" (mostly with Claude Opus) to build this prototype. Try it at Kameo.Chat What it does: Upload a character image Type a message. Get a video response with lip-sync in near real-time (~5 seconds). Disclaimer: The UI is very "developer art" (aka terrible), and the code is probably a mess behind the scenes. Also, since video generation is GPU-heavy, the server might crash if too many people try it at once. Please be gentle! I'm just exploring if this interaction format has a future, so thanks for helping me test this concept!
