VoxPop AI is a slide-aware Q&A tool built to fix “silent audiences”. Unlike generic Q&A apps, it helps attendees draft clearer questions before sending, “sees” your slides to link each question to the on-screen context, and auto-filters noise, summarize key takeaways, so discussions stay clean, productivity and on-topic.

I built VoxPop AI after too many talks where the Q&A either went dead silent (most common) or turned into messy, off-topic chat. With audiences, a big blocker is “I have a question, but I’m not sure how to phrase it” + fear of asking something unclear.
What’s different in VoxPop AI is we help before the question is sent:
- Drafting assist so attendees can ask sharper, more confident questions
- Slide-aware grounding: the app “sees” your deck and links each question to the slide/context
- Auto-moderation: profanity + noisy messages filtered by default
- Summarize the key takeaways
While building VoxPop AI, the biggest shift was moving from ‘collect questions’ to ‘reduce friction for attendees + add clear slide context for speakers’—because that’s what actually increases participation and makes Q&A easy to run.
If you host presentations or events: what’s your biggest pain in Q&A today—low participation, off-topic questions, or moderation?
