I built TrainrAI out of frustration with fitness apps that ignore how the body actually feels day to day. Most apps follow fixed plans: “do more, push harder,” regardless of sleep, stress, recovery, or recent training load. That approach leads to plateaus, burnout, or injury—and I’ve experienced all three myself. I wanted a system that acts more like a real coach: one that knows when to push, when to rotate exercises, and when to back off. TrainrAI uses real physiological data from Apple Health (any compatible wearable) to adapt training daily—adjusting load, variety, and recovery based on what your body can handle today, not last week. The goal isn’t extreme optimization. It’s consistency, sustainability, and long-term progress without guesswork.
