I’m Hiram, CEO & Co-founder of TailoredSim.
We built TailoredSim because we kept seeing the same problem over and over:
People don’t struggle in interviews because they’re not smart — they struggle because they’ve never actually done the job before.
Most learning platforms teach concepts.
But hiring managers evaluate performance.
That gap is where confidence drops, imposter syndrome spikes, and “entry-level” somehow requires experience.
So we asked a simple question:
What if people could practice the job before Day 1?
TailoredSim is our answer.

As a former Director of Business Intelligence at the Houston Rockets, I saw firsthand how hard it is for talented people to develop and prove real skills without actually being in the role.
