PromptDNA started out of necessity, not an idea brainstorm. While building multiple projects with AI tools, I kept running into the same problem: great prompts were getting lost. Every time an image or video came out right, the prompt that made it happen disappeared into chat history, screenshots, or random notes. I wanted a way to capture prompts automatically, understand why they worked, and reuse or remix them instead of starting from scratch every time. Existing tools focused on generating prompts, but none focused on extracting, organizing, and evolving them. During the build, the approach shifted from “prompt storage” to “prompt intelligence.” PromptDNA became less about saving text and more about identifying patterns — what structures, styles, and parameters consistently produce strong results across different models and workflows. That shift shaped the product into something creators could actually use day-to-day. PromptDNA is built for people who actively create with AI and want leverage from their past work, not just inspiration for the next prompt. It’s meant to quietly compound effort, not replace creativity.
