Hey Product Hunt! I'm Anthony. I made this because my partner is a huge nerd and I wanted to make her laugh for Valentine's Day. Folded.love takes two names, turns them into amino acids, and uses the same AI that won a Nobel Prize (ESMFold/AlphaFold logic) to fold them into a 3D protein. It's basically a love letter that's also a molecule. Is it scientifically useful? Probably not. Is it cool? I think so. A few details for the builders here: - The Logic: It maps English characters to the 20-letter amino acid alphabet. - The Linker: I added an amino acid flexible bridge between the names so the structure actually has enough "swing" to fold into something interesting. - The Tech: React, 3Dmol.js for the viewer, and the ESMFold API for the heavy lifting.
