LucenArc

The AI that thinks with you

LucenArc is different from most AI tools in a few key ways. It doesn’t just agree with you or rush to an answer. It pushes back, asks questions, and helps you stress-test your thinking. It also learns how you communicate and reflects that back over time. Instead of generic bots, LucenArc is built from human-created Arcs, each representing a real person’s way of thinking. It’s designed for conversation and judgment, not just outputs

What do you think? …

Keith Gonzales
Hey everyone, I’m Keith, the founder of LucenArc. I’ve worked in AI and product for the past decade, and one pattern kept showing up over and over: people try AI, it fails them, and the conclusion becomes “AI can’t do that.” The people who succeed are usually prompt engineers, which means most people end up using AI like a slightly better Google instead of what it’s actually capable of. The real problem I wanted to solve was this gap. AI is incredibly good at helping people think through hard, non-obvious problems, but only if it understands who you are and how you reason. The turning point for me was last summer. I had an AI system plan a long trip by first asking me a lot of questions and building a model of my preferences. It suggested a place I had never heard of, said it was 98% confident I’d love it, and it was completely right. A planned two-month trip turned into four months, and I even considered moving my life there. That only worked because the system learned me, not just travel data. LucenArc came out of realizing this could be built as a system. Instead of generic bots, it’s built around human-created Arcs that represent real ways of thinking. All of the Arcs on the platform right now are based on how I think and mentor, drawing on my background in neuroscience, product at AWS and DigitalOcean, and years working with startups. The goal is to let people use AI as a thought partner, not a tool they have to wrestle with. Happy to answer questions and hear what resonates.
