Hi Product Hunt 👋 We built Journalhjelp because clinicians spend a huge amount of time documenting instead of treating patients. Journalhjelp transcribes consultations, drafts clinical notes and medical forms, and lets clinicians chat with long patient journals to quickly find answers - all with full review and approval by the clinician.
