I wanted a tool that didn't just give me a generic encyclopedia entry, but actually looked at my specific plant and told me what to do. 🌱 What is Seedly Grow? It’s an AI-first gardening companion that helps you track, care for, and rescue your plants. ✨ Key Features: Instant ID: Snap a photo to identify plants and get instant care guides. "Dr. Plant" Diagnosis: This is my favorite feature. We use Gemini 2.5 Flash to analyze photos of sick plants, identify pests/diseases, and generate a treatment plan (with confidence scores!). Weather-Aware Care: It checks your local weather (via OpenWeatherMap) to adjust advice. If it's raining in your area, it won't tell you to water the outdoor plants. Garden Chat: You can chat with an AI context-aware assistant that knows exactly which plants are in your inventory. 🛠 The Tech Stack: Built with React, Vite, and Firebase. The AI brains are powered by Google's new Gemini 2.5 Flash model, which allows for incredibly fast multimodal (image+text) analysis on the fly. I’d love to hear your feedback!
