I built it because most workout apps are “blind”: they give generic plans without ever seeing your physique.
SymmetryCoach uses AI to analyze your physique photos and generate a hypertrophy program tailored to your proportions, symmetry, and weak points.

A few extra things it supports:

  • Pregnancy mode: safer exercise selection based on the trimester (always consult your doctor).​

  • Injury management: exclude exercises that stress selected areas and suggest safer alternatives.​

  • Hands-free Voice Coach: log sets and control rest timers by voice during workouts.​
